Enter the story from the view point of 15-year-old Alex, a curious young boy with a strong heart.
The story begins when Alex finds an ancient book in his closet, curiosity compels him to peek inside. However, the opening of the book causes him to access a portal, with pulls him in and wipes his memory.
Alex is pulled into the world of dragons, and becomes a dragon himself, known as Salluk to the others. Paqqiq, an ancient and wise dragon, believes Alex to be the Chosen One, the one who will save the dragons from their crumbling home.
Will Alex be able to fulfill his destiny? Or will he be doomed to crumble alongside his new friends?

Long ago, there was a world known as Ryugaeia. It was a peaceful world where dragons and humans lived in harmony. Dragons were the keepers of the elements and humans were keepers of the world. Time passed and the Dragons and humans formed an alliance. The Dragons could lend their powers to the humans and the chosen human of each dragon became one with the dragon, inheriting great strength and elemental powers. However there was one dragon Armageddon, a dark dragon who hated humans, jealous of their duty as rulers of Ryugaeia. Armageddon revolted and awakened an army of Dark Dragons, then joining forces with an equally evil human warlord, he terrorized Ryugaeia. When evil was at its peak, a new hope was created. It was the Dragonhaärt. All the good dragons combined their spirits and a Dragonheart was born. This heart could control all dragon powers put together and Armageddon was defeated and sealed. This was however at a terrible price. Dragons suffered extinction and the Dragonheart was lost forever. Prophets and seers prophesied the return of the Dragonheart and the final defeat of Armageddon. When Zack notices that Huro is acting suspicious on afternoon after sport, he follows Huro into a forest nearby the school. It's then that he finds out that Huro is a wolf cross vampire hybrid and that he is actually the heir to the throne like him.
