In which enemies turn to lovers... After a night of shattered glass and blaring horns, Dahlia is the only one there to pick up the disarray that was her life. So imagine her surprise when after she pulls all of the pieces of herself back together the best she can, they come crashing down around her when she is forced to be around the one man that has the ability to tear her apart. ~.~.~.~.~ He took the last step, and this step put him right in my face. I had to crane my neck up because of his massive height. The way he looked down at me sent shivers cascading down my body in tidal waves. It was a mixture of loathing and understanding. It made me want to hide under a rock but also at the same time bare myself completely to him. Let him know all of my dark secrets even if he already knew most of them. We shared a breath. He leaned down, and my lungs stopped working. His lips brush against the shell of my ear. "Hate me enough for two, green eyes, because it's hard to hate a dead man." With those words, he leaned impossibly closer and wrapped his mouth around my ear lobe. His teeth graze the delicate skin, causing me to gasp lowly. Holy hell. ~.~.~.~.~ Wrote with the help of my friend Sakihya. It is not proof read, mistakes will be present.
