Civil war wages in Vietnam and millions of civilians fled via UNVNPK (United Nations VietNam Peacekeepers) EVAC centers. Yet, only 50 Million Vietnamese Remain, About 6 Million troops of either side, 500 thousand policemen, and 43 million and 500 thousand civilians remain, all considered hostiles outside of the capital by CPV soldiers, even though laws are still present the civilians show no regard for them, looting, murders, and rioting is still present.
The civil war wages between 2 parties, the National Unity Party of Vietnam (NUPV) a right-wing nationalist party, And the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) the government before the war, a left-wing communist party.
