It's summer.

In recent months there have been several disappearances, all teenagers.

Jake is a shy boy, always on his own business. He spends his days around town with his best friends: Tyler, Ethan and Finn.
They are constantly teased by Billy, the school bully, and his henchmen.
When Jake returns home after finishing his last day of school, he discovers that he will be spending the whole summer with an old friend of his mother. The friend in question? Ashley Horan's mother, Jake's lifelong crush!

Complicating the situation will be the discovery of a dark presence that lurks within the walls of the city of Shadowfield.

Jake, his friends and others will find themselves having to face a terrible threat, the weight of a prophecy announced 1000 years earlier and the awareness that the salvation of the city depends exclusively on them.

It will be a summer not to be forgotten, that's for sure!
