ये कहानी है उत्तराखंड में रहने वाली एक लड़की की जिसका बचपन का सपना था। विदेश में पढ़ने का क्योंकि उसके गांव में विदेश में पढ़ने वाली लड़की को बहुत ही होशियार और किस्मत वाली लड़की माना जाता हैं। और उसका यही सपना पूरा करने के लिए उसके पिता उसकी शादी अमेरिका में कर देते हैं। वो विदेश में पढ़ना तो चहती थी पर शादी करके नहीं। मैं एक छोटे से गांव की लड़की जिसका सपना विदेश में जाकर पढ़ने का है, यह सपना तो पूरा होने को है लेकिन इस शर्त पर की मुझे शादी करनी पड़ेगी किसी ऐसे लड़के से जिसको मैंने कभी नहीं देखा और न ही उसके बारे में ज्यादा जानती हूं।
