Wallace University is rocked by a string of murders. Kappa House, the most sought-after sorority, is ruled with an iron fist by Paris Walton. However, when the Dean states that sorority pledging must be open to all students, all hell breaks loose. Not only is this happening but Kappa Kappa Tau, becomes plagued by a serial killer, who uses the university's Red Devil mascot as a disguise.
Now the girls must stick together or will they bill the Red Devil next victim?

Full of anger, Chanel and her minions try to make the new pledges' time at the house a living hell, but what begins as a dirty game, ends in a series of murders caused by Red Devil, a serial killer who hides behind the mask of a scary red devil, which is also the mascot of the college. The race for survival begins in an environment where anyone can be attacked, anyone can die, and anyone can be the killer.
