Romantic focus between man and female dragons

This story is based in an alternate Earth setting, where dragons invade Earth from Mars using meteors, causing an apocalypse. Earth and life for humanity is thrown into a wild spin as powerful hoards of dragons shift the food-chain and power balance. Magic, undead, deep sea monsters, death rays. There will be bandits. Cultists. Psychopaths. Kings and Queens. Dragons and humans trying to survive, kill, and conquer each other. Every new chapter builds to more adventures and even crazier ideas. New races perhaps in the future, as the apocalypse brings up a new world of magical fantasy.
Follow the story of a man who travels the entire world, having journeys and adventures that cross millenniums. Oh and of course, forming relationships and loving bonds with many different kinds of dragoness's... and possibly other fantasy races I find interesting in the future.
The timelines that I plan for this series of books that I'm making take place over millennia, so strap in for the long haul.

The book title came together with the help of my older brother who is quite good with titles while I am not great at figuring out book titles but am good at writing stories and chapter titles.
