This is a glimpse, a moment of time after the main story has concluded. Lan Zhan and Wei Wuxian are together, they are partners, lovers.
It started with the image in my mind of Lan Zhan cradling Wei Ying while they slept. As the image unfolded so did the story. So, trying to capture all the emotion of the scene I saw in my mind and these beautiful characters, I started to write.
