Italy and Germany have had feelings for each other for quite some time now, but are both too afraid to tell the other. Instead, they decide to hide their feelings from each other because all they can think about are worst-case scenarios.

(School AU) (Y/n) (L/n) is a very smart young lady. She always gets good marks on her quizzes and tests. She's nice to everyone and tries to stay positive around her peers/friends/family. However, behind closed doors she tends to break down. She has an older sister with mental health issues and an older brother whom she used to confide in but he moved away and barely visited and talked to his family. This only made the girl's life worse. Her childhood friend and neighbor, Gilbert stopped talking to her as much when he started middle school, but she still hung out with Ludwig. Her mother was always stressed between being a single mom and dealing with her sister. So the girl used her studies and books as an escape method from the real world. Of course she had some friends, but not many really GOOD friends. NOTE: The reader has Situational Depression DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hetalia, the characters, art, or the au. I only own the plot and whatnot. This is my first countryhumans story so it's not that good. East Germany knows he shouldn't be alive, yet here he is, living with the man who raised him. He never really questioned it though. He was just happy to be alive. That is until his adopted father starts struggling to heal himself as quickly as he used to and East starts to worry. The entire world that he lives in is beginning to unravel and East learns things he never could have imagined. There's also a lot of stuff about Russia in this and I don't know why. He's not even supposed to be a major character but I have like 7 chapter dedicated to him.
