In Earth-626, A young 17 year old teen named "Ángel Martinez" lives in New York with his mom and after the death of his younger sister Selena, Ángel does some criminal activity in order to live by with his mom, Ángel goes to high school with his close friends; Peter Parker, Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, and his childhood friend Francine Frye. But during a battle between the Green Goblin, Electro, and Spider Man, Ángel gets bitten by a radioactive spider but after Spider Man reveals his real identity to Ángel he dies alongside Electro, and now it is up to Ángel to give up the Life of crime that he took part in, and needs to take the mantel of Spider Man or as the city calls him "Cyber-Spider".
