The way I wanted her- the way that I needed her had become a nagging ache in my chest, pulsing with the beat of my heart. If my father didn't get to me first, it was the way I wished to die, knowing that I'd had everything I'd ever desired. That I'd had her. It was getting hard to ignore, I was tied to her now, body, mind and soul. It was stupid and dangerous for someone like her to be with someone like me. I knew it and I understood it, but that didn't stop me from longing for it any less. I was losing my mind and it was her fault. Loving her and knowing the future that was planned for me was a mess of desires and duty. But I had been unshackled from my father and I wasn't going back. I could do as I wanted now. And I wanted her.
It's Miri's first time at Hogwarts, and she's intrigued by the tall, handsome Draco Malfoy she meets on the train. But Miri is different, and the one the Malfoy's have been hunting for for years. Draco must choose- his abusive, kidnapping parents, or the girl he loves. Sweet romance story with underlying themes of evil, abuse and kidnapping.
