One father missing, one daughter to find him, two opposite crews, one treasure.

Janelle is back home, in Manteo, after two summers, where the little family of three lived in agony and woe away in Washington. After the disappearance of her dad, Janelle -Nellie, as they call her- and her mom are now back to their home of peace for the summer, but when she finds letters dedicated to her father in his office, she jumps into a big adventure to find him.
Her expected summer then takes a whole other turn.
She finds herself locked in a house of the stalker with the person she dislikes the most on the island: Gabriel Reed, brother of her best friend. Nellie needs to find a clue to where the treasure is kept in justice of her family and ancestors.

Will they find the treasure? will she ever see her father again?
