Maniac Neighbour

Felix just moved into a new apartment. He's a college student, 2nd year, trying to outlive his problems.

To add more to his troubles, he slowly discovers that his neighbour is a maniac and he's hiding a dreadful secret.

Will Felix be able to get away from the grasp of him?... Or eventually become the his victim....? Or... something even worse....?
