After his loss in Unova Ash returns home to regroup and plan which region he will go to next. However while planning his next region, tragedy strikes and his mother dies. to his knowledge he has no other family until one day a familiar visitor arrives offering him a home and revealing a family secret lost for generations. Ash takes this offer and trains his Pokemon for 2 years. Now he is ready to journey out again, this time to Kalos. What will he find in Kalos, will he finally be able to achieve his dreams? And will he find something or someone that he didn't know he was missing when he finds a certain honey blonde. This is rated mature, however there won't be any lemons here but perhaps other some mature topics might get put in here. This will be my first ever attempt at writing so please forgive me and please leave your criticism. if this goes well I might actually write something else. For the most part this will be based off of the cannon, however this will be for the most part an original story. So please enjoy. I will no doubt lose my mind and probably start fixing all my errors as they are pointed out to me, please forgive me and be patient thank you. And like everyone says, I DO NOT OWN POKEMON. Our Promise, Our Future
After winning the Kalos League and keeping their promise, Ash and Serena continue their journey together. From new regions, to new Pokemon, to new battles and new experiences. Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story. I don't know how many chapters I'll write, but I'll try to make it long enough to be considered a good read. I do know that I don't have an uploading schedule, so new chapters will most likely appear at random. I hope you'll all enjoy my first attempt at a multi-chapter Pokemon story. Fair warning though. This is book 4 in an ongoing series of mine. It is highly recommended that you read the entire series first, as you will have no idea what the heck is going on. (It's not a stand-alone series. Everything is connected.) ______ Yuki has completed her Grand Trial and both her and Ash plan to head to Galar to obtain the Rusted Sword and Shield. That I'm not the same weakling you left behind." • • • After the events of Area Zero, (o/c) embraced her role as Paldea's Champion, but a lingering restlessness remained. That changed when her teacher, Jacq, invited her on a school trip to Kitakami-a land of rich traditions, mysterious Pokémon, and unexpected encounters. There, she met Kieran, a quiet yet determined boy drawn to her strength, and his protective sister, Carmine. What started as a simple trip soon turned into something more-a journey of rivalry, growing bonds, and emotions she never expected. This journey would then lead her to an exchange program at Blueberry Academy, where even greater adventures awaited. She found herself facing new rivals, growing stronger with each challenge, and watching her newly found friend become clouded by determination and rage. As their rivalry deepened, so did their feelings, with each challenge uncovering a vulnerability in Kieran and a growing connection between them that neither could ignore. • • • This story is based on the events linked to those that have happened in both Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, though it being more closely linked with Violet (As that was the game I favoured). There will be some alterations to better suit the story, but will follow the main storyline of the "Teal Mask" and "Indigo Disc" DLC's. I've published this as I've been wanting to create my own story between my character and Kieran for a while, so I thought I may as well publish it for others to enjoy as well. This story also has a very slow plot, their relationship progresses VERY slowly throughout, so if you aren't into slow burns I don't recommend this story. You can skip through it if you like. • • • The video game and its characters are owned by Nintendo and Game Freak, with only the non-canon content being my own.
