After the battle with Adam, Lucifer stayed in the hotel with his daughter. Vox was obsessed with a certain deer demon. During a small visit, the TV gets pulled in and stays at the hotel. Jealousy fills him to the brim. Jealous of the King. Alastor puts the past passed him, the days with Vox were over for him, and starts a new adventure. But Vox doesn't want that. Despite their efforts to avoid it, when Alastor and Angel's breeding cycles sync up, they can't help but end up in bed together. There's not much doubt about the results, and although they both have their reservations, they agree to see it through together. But pregnancy is difficult at the best of times, and it's even harder in Hell with a man one hardly knows. The two deer already have plenty of issues to deal with between their respective relationship hangups; Alastor's family and Angel's boss all demanding a say might just overwhelm them. The question is whether they can eventually come together to deal with the consequences of their actions. That is: to care for a child neither of them planned for.
