He lightly brushed his thumb along her cheek wiping away a tear that escaped from her eye. His hand lingered on her face. She held her breath and looked into his eyes. He brought his forehead down to hers so that their faces were inches apart. She had stopped crying and hadn’t noticed that her heart was beating furiously against her chest.
"Hope." She heard him whisper against her cheek. She let out a sigh and closed her eyes.

I feel the breath of air on the back of my neck. My limbs freeze and my breath catches in my throat. The male hands grab me by the hips. I can't move. His lips are by my ear, grazing the skin, his teeth tugging on my earlobe. His breath is hot on my skin, his lips moving down to my neck. My head tilts slightly. I shake my head. He doesn't have a weapon, I do. I turn in his grip, raising my bat. He catches the swing with one hand. He doesn't even flinch. "I wouldn't do that baby." His voice is like velvet, filling up the room. His lips are back on my neck, his tongue trails over the skin. The voice, the lips, are familiar. "You might mess up my pretty face." "Pretty face, my ass." I let the bat drop to the floor in-between the two of us. I should've known. "What are you doing here?" "Besides scaring you shitless?" "You didn't-" "Don't lie, I saw what you did to those poor hangers." *** It's a game of cat and dog. A game that's lasted four years. A game that expires in three short months. Thea Shaw and Ethan Michaels have a complicated relationship. One that neither wants to come to an end. But with college nearing and feelings developing what will come of their little game? Highest rank #27 in Teen Fiction. Written by @apricitys. _ _ _ "What is this?" He asked, not even bothering to look at the canvas in front of me. Instead, his eyes were locked in mine. I swallowed my saliva, chills running down my spine. I felt my palms getting sweaty as my legs nervously started bouncing up and down. Without giving me time to answer, he took a step closer to me, eyes still locked in mine. Each time he inched closer, I used my right foot to slowly push myself and the stool back. It seemed to be the only option to get away from him; until he forced his hands below the sides of my thighs, holding the stool in place. He released a soft chuckle as he eyed me from my eyes, down to my lips. "You're beautiful," he said. From his voice, I couldn't tell if he was being serious, or messing around. It sounded sincere, however there was a smirk on his face. The smirk that he always has on his face when he's found an amusing target. Then he averted his attentions back to my eyes. His expressions softened up the moment his eyes landed back on mine. His smirk disappeared. I cleared my throat and broke the eye contact. I looked down at my palms as I rubbed the sweat against my jeans, "What do you want, Landon?" I asked, almost whispering. I felt his hand brushing against my right cheek, as he tilts my chin up to look back at him. His messy brown hair, his light blue eyes and his pink soft lips were just centimeters from mine. I felt his breath lingering on the upper tip of my lip. In a panic, I pressed my palms against his chest and push him off. He stumbled back with a surprised look on his face. "Aubrey." _ _ _ Landon Carthy is an arrogant boy, who knowns to have absolutely no care in the world. Making girls suffer feels great to him. But what happens when a new girl in town becomes one of his victims? Will she allow him to walk upon her like all the other girls do?

WARNING: R-RATED MATURE CONTENT Gabe stalks towards me, and I back away until my back hits his door. He puts both his hands up against the door trapping me. "Admit it Skylar, you feel something between us," he purrs. "N-no I don't," I lie. "Your lying," he calls me out. "And now that I know there's a chance, I'm not letting go of you that easy." "W-what is that supposed to mean?" "It means my baby brother better watch his back, cause he now has competition." "You're crazy," I look at him in disbelief. "Crazy for you," he breaths against my mouth. He catches me off guard by wrapping his hand around the back of my neck and pulls me into him, crashing his lips to mine. He tongue gets access to mine and he presses his body against me, making it harder for me to break free. No way, I'm not giving in this time. I push him off of me and slap him across the face. Would these two completely independent people, go past their hatred for each other and depend on that one chance brought to them? *** "I just got started. Wait and watch how I ruin your entire existence." He narrows his eyes at me, challenging me to come at him. "Are you sure you didn't just walk into the wall when you were young? You seem to have had your head hit pretty bad considering the consequential brain cells loss." I say while crossing my arms over my chest to get my point across. "Take care of those heavy words, blondie. You might just have to pay for them." That seemed to anger him so I smirked even more, despite him calling me blondie. Trust me, I've got that a lot. "It's okay, I anyways don't deal with cheap stuff like you." I throw him the most sarcastic smile I could ever muster. Told you it's a love-hate relationship. Like the ocean

11 parts Ongoing Mature

His gaze was piercing and endless. His eyes vibrant, blue and luminous; like the ocean. Every time he looked at me it was as though they resembled a hurricane, fierce and captivating. His hair was shining in the pale light of the rising moon and setting sun. It glimmered gold, like crisp leaves in Autumn and fell along his face. The water dripping, falling upon his smooth muscles. Everything about him made my insides go crazy, I couldn't think properly. The ocean crashing against the shore gave me a lulling temptation to just step closer. His face was chiseled by God himself, and his lips, oh his lips. They were pink and pouted; they looked so soft, so poisonously kissable. The desire was inextinguishable. The fire in my heart could not be burned out. I just wanted to know. I needed to know. I leaned in and our lips met in a kiss that felt like every bridge that had ever burned, had been burned for me. It felt like nothing imaginable, almost like time had stopped in place and we were frozen in this moment. No rest or peace was placed along those ominous eyes that resembled the chaos beneath the crashing waves. When he leaned in and closed them, they suddenly looked calm. Like the ocean.
