"The Wedding Season"
Eda, our main character, has just been dumped the day before her wedding.
However, her sister and her nonbiological kid (Child?) set up some new ways to get her into the year of weddings ahead of her that consist of her friends and more nonbiological children.
She seems to have met someone along the way though.

They forced a smile and clutched her close. "Oh, Raine..." Eda sighed shakily, burying her whole face on the space of their neck with her pointy chin resting on their firm shoulder. "You don't know how much I want all of this to be real." - Modern AU Relationships were never easy. Eda and Raine both knew that, causing them to split up two years ago after a ten-year relationship. But now that they're both in their thirties working on their jobs in the big cities of New York, they somehow reunite when old friends and classmates had set up a reunion at a restaurant. It's a Long Way To Dearest Gravesfield
Camila, Luz, Amity, Hunter, Gus, and Willow return to the Boiling Isles to find things are a bit messy. Raine, Darius, Eberwolf, search for ways to defeat the Collector while also trying to identify the people spreading rumours that the Day of Unity was a benevolent spell gone wrong. Eda, Lilith, Steve, and Hooty try to pick up the pieces of their lives and find a way to bring King home. When Camila and the teenagers reveal that Belos is, unfortunately, not dead, the mission shifts and it's all-hands-on-deck to figure out where he's hiding, what his next move is, and if they can get to him before he decides to strike. In the process, Hunter has to grapple with who (and what) he is and his friends are determined to help him reach his goals of learning magic, attending Hexside, and coping with not only the death of his beloved Flapjack, but all the traumatic events he's endured (including, but not limited to, near death experiences, being raised in relative isolation by Belos, and watching the only parental figure he had for most of his life splatted on a wall). Through it all, they build their family, help Hunter learn he can choose his own future, and discover how lucky they are to have found one another.Завершенная история
