That is, until Sal suffers from an accident, losing all of his memories. Travis chooses to redeem himself in the wake. This was his chance, after all. It was going to work. Y/N, the only friend of Travis Phelps, tried to live her life as quietly as possible, avoiding most if not all infliction and incidents. This streak of hers was ruined after a misunderstanding that was never resolved and got her a bad name at her school. Now, trying to repair that image that was given to her, she has to find new friends and a new environment to place herself in. Until the situation changes once more. Travis grew up knowing a couple things. One of those things was that being gay was a sin, and that if you were gay, or anything like that, you're going to hell. Or at least, that's what he was told. But after an incident with Sal in the boys washroom, Travis starts to think that he might have been wrong the whole time. Just a quick warning, this is a pretty heavy story and contains things like abuse (both verbal and physical), drug use, suicidal thoughts and attempts, slurs and swearing. Both were miserable, though it was hardly obvious to outsiders. They were polar opposites yet the exact same. Brought together by the very same religiousness that was slowly killing them, the two are at first enemies. Though after growing together, they make a decision. They were going to run away.
