Loved But Forgotten
During the war of two families, Pete witnessed the person he loves getting shot multiple times. Staring at his bloody and almost lifeless body caused him great shock. Will he ever forget how his love writhed in pain? How he trembled, and gasped for air? How can he ever forget how his blood felt so warm against his skin? Pete cried until he fainted. Now, waking up, there's something to be amiss. "How do you feel now?" his friend, Porsche asked while softly stroking his hair. "Okay..." He whispered. "Just okay." (A/N: Not to favor heteronormativity but in the novel Vegas calls Pete "wife" not "husband" so, I'm following it. There are people who get offended when there's an LGBTQIA+ couple and they call them 'husband & wife' BUT there are also those who are OKAY with this. I have a friend in a homosexual relationship who's being called by his bf as 'wife' hehe. In the Christmas special of KP novel, I concluded Pete is okay with this since Vegas refers to him as his wife and he doesn't complain.)
