"The Glam"

Riomie "Riri" Alvarez is a college student studying Communication. She is in her third year and has big dreams, but she also has many responsibilities. As the oldest of four siblings, Riri helps support her family while trying to make a name for herself. She lives in a small room without a bathroom and has few resources, plus a busy college schedule, but she does not give up.

One day, Riri and her creative best friend, Thelindria "Lindi" Pascua, come up with a brave idea. They decide to form a group called The Glam Team. Along with Angel Velasco, a skilled makeup artist, and Nixie Rivera, an aspiring model, they turn their love for fashion and photography into a business. They use borrowed clothes and their limited resources to follow their dreams while managing schoolwork and personal problems.

Riri's life is not just about The Glam Team. She has three suitors who make things more complicated:

- Gabby Cruz is a charming singer-songwriter who writes beautiful songs about her.
- Reyhan Al-Farooq is a kind foreign exchange student who wins her heart with tasty biryani and always supports her.
- Dylan Morales is a successful businessman who admires Riri's ambition and offers her chances to grow her talents.

As Riri tries to balance her new business, family duties, and school challenges, problems arise within The Glam Team. Lindi feels hurt when her crush, Nyle Guzman, tells her he likes Nixie instead. Angel struggles to break free from a toxic relationship. With all this drama, Riri must choose between following her heart or staying focused on her dreams.

Will Riri and her team succeed against the challenges they face? Or will personal conflicts and outside pressures pull them apart?

"The Glam" is a touching story about ambition, friendship, and finding love in unexpected places.

WATTPAD BOOKS EDITION There are imperfect moments in every life-but sometimes, there are perfect accidents . . . What's the point of pretending nothing has changed when everything has? It's the last summer before college, and Jonas Avery knows he should be excited. Instead, he hides out at home, avoiding his friends, his family, and everything that resembles his old life. Because nothing will be normal again-because of The Accident, when everything started falling apart. Brennan Davis knows she needs to stand up and face her anxiety-the deep, dark, debilitating dread that rules her everyday life. Because what stops her from going out into the world and just living is going to get a whole lot worse. She's leaving for college in the fall, where she'll be confronted with even more to worry about. To get back up sometimes you have to fall down, hard . . . When Jonas crashes into Brennan-in a harmless, albeit embarrassing fender bender-the two teens connect in ways they never expected. As friends, they help each other overcome their biggest falls and faults, and soon discover that while love can't fix everything, it's sometimes a place to start. Sensitive, wry, and unabashedly authentic, The Opposite of Falling Apart isn't about finding perfection in another person or fixing the things we think are broken. Instead, Micah Good has penned an enchantingly honest novel about accepting the very pieces of ourselves that make us unique, whole, and undeniably human.
