Android Captain Lancieta Steegle, and an engineer from Earth named Mannie end up relying on each other for more than survival when a war is thrust onto the people of Earth. In a desperate attempt to deal some kind of blow to the Halgred, the Andromedian collective okayed a Shadow Operation to attack the Halgred Homeworld. The weapon was illegal, a bio-weapon designed to sterilize and weaken their almost otherworldly physiology. When this weapon is instead redirected to Earth by the Halgred King, Draconisis, those whom survive undergo a change. As they wake up, the people of Earth are greeted by horror of their new animalistic physiology, and for some, unimaginable abilities. The 20 or so surviving Androids of the once thousands-strong crew of the Dreadnought-Class battleship do their best to make amends and help the humans of Earth adjust to their new Bestial Planet and the even more dangerous intergalactic community.
This story is "Complete" as in the last chapter was written and it's gone through about 3 re-writes and 4 rounds of editing since. Very few stories are ever finished, as we know, because there's always something we think can be or should be changed. However, I've learned that the best I can do is get it to the point where I feel comfortable with someone else reading it. Otherwise I'd never have posted anything anywhere.

Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. The sound of rustling ceased my staring. I watched him moving in largo. "Hurry up!" With a lopsided smirk, he started unbuttoning his coat, eyes boring holes on me. "What are you? An android rapist?"
