Evren Kim has lived in a hospital for as long as he can remember-being born with a severe case of Tetralogy of Fallot, a heart condition, isn't easy. Being forced to stay within the walls of the hospital for his safety and convenience, he doesn't know much of the outside world, only getting an inkling of what and how it works through watching movies and tv shows. So when he gets permitted by the doctors to step out in the real world as he is gradually getting better, he doesn't want to waste this golden opportunity for him to act like a regular teenager. However, many mishaps occur along the way when he transfers into a new private high school. From there, he meets an insecure rebellious teenager named Stellan Collins in his class that everyone stays away from like the plague. Being the naive teenager he is, he approaches Stellan and learns that there is more to the boy than what meets the eye.
