Původně to měl být den jako každý jiný, návštěva kasína, pár vyhraných her a odchod domů, ale ne všechno takhle proběhlo. Alex narazil na někoho, kdo sice nevypadal jako někdo předurčený do kasína, ale pravda byla někde úplně jinde. S postupem času se jejich vztah začne jaksi budovat, nikdo ale neví kde nastane zvrat a kde oba propadnou těm nejhorším myšlenkám.
