What would you do if your world was turned upside down in the blink of an eye?
When Astrid's peaceful home is raided by the Vikings at only fifteen, she is taken as a slave for the Earl in Norway, where she grows into a fierce, independent young woman, who remains in bondage.
In preparing to raid, the Earl calls for additional forces from Sweden, led by his powerful and selfish son. Upon his arrival, he bargains with his father, whom he soon buys Astrid from, making her a promise of freedom under one condition-to fight in the upcoming raid.
After agreeing, Astrid soon learns what the price of freedom really is...
Go with Astrid as she fights the battles within her wits, life, and love to survive in the brutal Viking world.

If she lost she would loose her freedom once again. Victoria knows she can't pass up this opportunity up. Even though she would be reminiscing old memories And meeting someone who can ruin it all Whatever the cost is she is willing to fight. She was forced to marry the chief's son at a young age to restore her family honor and name after the shame that her uncle did. What happens during one of the dragon raids she shot down the most fearsome dragon, but no one believed her, where she then decided to go look for it. But instead seeing a black dragon she saw a pearly white dragon. Many weeks went by. She was able to befriend the beautiful white dragon, where she then learns the truth about dragons. Can she changed every vikings mind about dragons? or Will she get banished by her own tribe? Well! Read this story and find out! NOTE: The characters here in this story are 13 years old. And I know that they are 15 in the movies! So don't go wild and say that "THEY ARE ACTUALLY 15 NOT 13!" There is actually a reason why I made them a bit younger. And also I didn't completely erase Stormfly I decided that she will have a different rider (no spoilers on the person who will be riding Stormfly). Don't get me wrong I adore Astrid with Stormfly, but I feel more connected to the Light Fury or Luna (that most fans name her) when I first saw her on screen and pls don't be mad at me that is not canon. And there is a reason I decided to add another dragon rider. It is actually for Tuffnut to have a soulmate. I actually don't know anyone will like this ship, but hey! My mother quickly took me and my sister away as my father fought. we were almost to the hidden hideout. then a knet came out of no were and we got caught. we fell to the ground as Vikings surrendered us. i was frightened about what was going to happen to us. Our mother tried to protect us, but they shot a arrow at her head and died. they did the same thing to my sister. i cried in tears which caught their attention. they whispered to each other and then one walked up to me and said. "Today is your lucky day freak, you will be on sell." i tried to back away from him as much as i could, but there was no use. they dragged me from the knets to their ship as i was to scared to fight them.Concluida

Esme had one big fear in life: being captured as a thief by the city's guardsmen and being executed for her crimes, and that so heavily weighed on her mind that she increased her risks by being distracted in the middle of a heist. That's when she runs into Althalos Fourthborn: Inner Circle Guardsman, one of the many princes of the realm, an Aelif (Dark Elf, local dialect)...and her betrothed by treaty. (That was something her almost human mind could not handle.) So she calls off the heist, gets demoted into a far more risky job, learns the true bitter depth of what this treaty's bond is like, and lands safely by her prince's side....sort of. There were people who still wanted to end her life, even if she was in what most people would call a Happily Ever After. That and her prince had his own living fears that were gnawing at any chance they had. That and she might just lose her mind from everyday boredom. But the one she couldn't wrap her all-too human mind around was that she would one day grow wings and fly away from her almost Happily Ever After to live in a hive with ancestors more alien than a hottie with pointed ears and abandonment issues. ~~~~ Yes, there are adult themes in this book, and difficult subjects, but nothing is excessive, as this is probably my simplest story. He could not kill it, he wouldn't kill it knowing himself having one of them as his own, never the less, he was afraid of losing his only best friend, Toothless. He would never trust and look at him the same way. So he decided to take matters into his on hands by running away or flying away from berk, not the best move but knowing he was know as the village runt or the Chief's screwup and would always get beat up for no valid reasons by his cousin and his friends, sure he pass every training with a prefect score but he still did not get the respect that he deserve from the villagers. If he so tried to convince them. No one would listen to him. Not even his own father. But he wasn't running away with just Toothless but with Astrid as well. After their romantic flied which also change her view on dragons, and their discovery of the red death, Hiccup was still planning to run away even though he have just finally friended an actual human, he decided to tell her so he don't have to let her worry about him leaving without a word in the next day. When he finish telling her his plan and surprisingly to hiccup and even Toothless she beg to come with and she also told him her reason. Turns out Astrid Hofferson was abused and pressured by her own family. She have enough of it, Hiccup didn't really have yes as his first nor second choice but she beg him until he gave up and let her tag along. What would happen to them?, will this new path that choose was path to a bright future?,will something spark between them? (Obviously). What would the village have to say about this?
