my dear, dear wattpaders, I am so, so disappointed in yous.

I figured when puss in boots came out and death was introduced, I thought; wow, he's hot, and he must have a fandom.

only to find about four maybe five on here, and two or three on Ao3, so I'm gonna contribute to his little fandom.

the strong, hilariously funny friend group, just you, puss, kitty, friends forever.

or, that's how it was supposed to be, but slowly, and surely, you both became self-centered, forgetting about being a true hero, you both became so caught up in the thrill of the fight, laughing in the face of death, that you forgot what you both were truly fighting for

and over that time, you, puss, and kitty grew apart, well, mostly kitty and puss grew apart, being caught up with fighting bad guys and being the town's hero.

both you and puss, have near experiences with death, you ended up with the more fatal wounds, taking months upon years to heal, while puss could bounce back within seconds.

but this one, this one is far more deadly than the last you both had, coming face-to-face with an angry, pissed off death.

can you and puss learn to get over your egos? over being self-centered and selfish? learn to love the family you have? and to enjoy life to its fullest, or will you both remain the same selfish monsters you are? and why is death so determined to get you alone?
