It's Paintbrush's birthday, and everyone gets a break from the show to celebrate. The Invitational contestants, even the eliminated ones, get to travel to Hotel OJ and see it in person for the first time. Paintbrush hoped that Marshmallow would come, but she says that she already visited a few days prior and that Tissues infected her with his 'condishawn'.

Test Tube seems to be moving on from everything that happened, but Cabby is still plagued by the words that someone she thought was her companion said. So is Taco.

Suitcase misses Balloon a lot. She sacrificed so much - her sanity, her friendships - to try and keep everyone together, so she is shocked to learn that Nickel and Balloon have grown close during the third season.

These are only a few things that ail the partygoers. And as if it couldn't get worse, Tissues starts displaying odd symptoms that plunge the hotel into a nightmarish apocalypse.
