pinescone beast!wirt fic im writing but im getting bourd so im posting bits of it as i go along here until its finished then its going on ao3. keep in mind this is before i do a final edit and im just gonna update every few thousand words or so until its all done so the chapters will be different lengths. Seriously I'm quite literally just vomiting the words onto my screen to edit at a later date. Also im in the navy and stuff so slow updates maybe lolz

To the Nights in the Hold of Stone (BillDip)
The sun rises on a beautiful sunny summer day. Bill has been waiting for the perfect time to try again. Cast in stone, a statue in the forest of Gravity Falls, he had a lot of time to think. Then one night, the moon and stars lit the path for a familiar face, everything changed. The one who bested him, now growing up, worse for wear he'd turned to the arms of a demon in search of rest. Dipper Pines has been living in Gravity Falls with his Grunkles for eight years now. However, the apprenticeship was nothing like he was expecting. Nightmares getting worse and depression taking a nose dive Dipper finds himself spending his nights wondering the forest, that is till exhaustion over comes him and sleep pulls him into arms of stone. (This is an edited and updated version of my originally work, I've fixed some of the grammar and revamped the flow of the plot. Major details remain for the most part intact just better now that I have more writing experience. This is still definitely a BillDip story and will still be very gay, hopefully even more gay than the first time around.) Also! this is a slow burn and I mean I'ma make it slower than the first book because now that I've gone back and read over for the first time in several years I still think I was to fast with their relationship so I mean it when I say slow burn! Wirt is tired. Tired of the nightmares, tired from moving. All he wants is a break. So of course he agrees to go to Gravity Falls for summer vacation. A completely normal town with no supernatural mysteries. Wirt soon learns that there is more to this town than meets the eye and more to a certain Pines boy he befriends.
