Okay, so I watched a few clips of M3gan and got a really good idea. This AU was created by me, so here is how it goes. When a teenage girl gets kidnapped from her parents, she gets a terrible case of Stockholm syndrome, after she was found.

When her parents passed, it left her alone. It wasn't until she found out her parents secret about what they made for her.
