Lone Steps of a Wanderer

It takes two lies to tell. If Fabian was told a year ago that he would become a dictator, he would've cried, but that version of him is gone. Now, he is a creature of dismay, and nothing can tame him, not even his partner Pokémon Finche. He takes in the footsteps of former chairman Rose as his mental health crumbles to the ground. In the last battle, he becomes something else entirely, and he's armed.
