Feuillemort - the story of the Ace sisters; a Shameless fanfic
feuillemort
(n.) the colour of a dying leaf
Rachel & Riley, Ace sisters, daughters of Mikayla & Jason Ace, living in the South Side of Chicago, Illinois.
Rachel went to live with her Uncle Alex just before she turned 6, being separated from her family, when things got too bad at home. 9yrs later, she returns after Uncle Alex passes away, reuniting with her family, the Gallagher's, the Melar's & her old friends.
Riley, best friend to Carl Gallagher, & basically adopted into the family of Gallaghers after basically living at the Gallagher house, is happy to be reunited with her sister, tired of being separated, her parents, their issues & dealing with them alone.
Mikayla is a very tired & exasperated house wife. Her & her husband's, Jason's, feelings are long gone, the only feelings left being annoyance & hatred. So when her favourite daughter returns after a long time, you can just imagine how happy & delighted she is.
Jason is an alcoholic basically married to his work. When he's not working he drinks & hogs the tv, yelling at anyone who dares disrupt him. When his oldest child & daughter returns, the prick barely notices.
Read as the Ace family goes through their problems, try to get along -well, the girls at least-, & find love.
This story is in both of there, Rachel & Riley's, povs, & occasionally someone elses pov.
This story is set in szn 8, but does not follow the plot of Shameless.
I'm not the best at desc's lol
‶Get out of my sight before I do something I'll regret!″ the eldest shouted, his voice laced with fury.
‶I will. But I'm taking her with me,″ his younger brother replied, his expression unwavering.
‶Don't you dare come near her! She won't end up like you!″ the eldest retorted, his eyes ablaze with anger.
Amidst their yelling match, a young girl sat under the table, her eyes overflowing with tears and head throbbing uncontrollably. Her family had always been an unconventional one, but that day marked its transition from unconventional to unhappy.

Miles apart, a young boy looked at the star marred sky with twinkling eyes. As the shooting star made its appearance, he closed his eyes and prayed for the one thing he craved for the most.
'A happy family.'
‶What did you wish for?″ a manly voice interrupted him.
‶Death.″
