After many years later. Heaven and Hell had been redesigned  as towns. We follow the journey of a 10 year old matured kid. Damien, who died on the year 2047.
Unknown info of how and where he died. And it's been 20 years since the day he took his final breath. He stayed the same after 20 years.

After all, none seemed to age after they died. As a lady who's atleast in her mid 20's accidentally bumps into Damien, she gives a ticket to somewhere to Damien as an apology. Reluctant as first, he still took it.

Not realizing just how much his life would drastically change after just taking that ticket.
