Ever since he became a hero, Alex Grinder has been through quite a lot over the past several years. And he has been on many new adventures and has made many new friends and discoveries as well. But right now, Alex has decided to finally settle down and continue with his normal life. In addition to this, Alex has unexpectedly earned himself a ghostly girlfriend whose name is Helen Spectral. 

But his normal life isn't gonna last forever as he unexpectedly jumps into action during a beach trip with his entire family. During said beach trip, our heroes are suddenly attacked by a group of cloaked goons who wish to take the group with them for experiments. Once Alex and his family had defeated the group, they are subsequently sent to a place called Jump City where there have been reports of a prison outbreak. When they arrive in Jump City, they are surprised to discover that the City has its own set of heroes. Let's see what new adventures await Alex and his family this time.

Tears welled in Alex's eyes. The magnitude of the situation hit him like a tidal wave. He was trapped in his own creation, a world both familiar and terrifyingly foreign.
