When a series of explosions rocks the Southern coastal city of New Los Santroit, the world is shocked.

When the authorities discover the bombs were a gang hit gone awry, they soon try to forget about the corrupt city, and begrudginly allow the gangs vying for control to seek their own justice.

But for those that survived the explosions, justice isn't enough. For Lady B, only the truth do. With a soldier, a sadist and the world's deadliest assassin by her side, will they expose the lies from before the 'Twenty-One Bombings'?
