This was the prophecy given to young medicine cat apprentice, Rushpaw, many many moons ago. This prophecy had been forgotten up until recently, when Twistedstar, leader of AbyssClan, recieves the prophecy once more, but this time, there was more to it.
What will the cats do to face this situation? Who exactly are the "two friends" who will supposedly bring forth evil and death?
Will the river really turn red?

Twistedfoot was originally Twistedpaw, a broken tom both inside and out from having crushed dreams of becoming a warrior, but with his twisted paw that he was unfortunately given at birth, he became the medicine cat's apprentice. Finally Twistedpaw found meaning in himself to not feel useless anymore because he would still be helping his clan, but not with claws or fangs, but with herbs and care. So Sootpelt, the medicine cat takes Twistedpaw to the moon pool to become the new medicine cat apprentice of Riseclan along side him. But Twistedpaw was not expecting anything with what he got with this new title of his; with his choice, he is given the choice to have a curse that would make him the full murderer of his forest, or to curse another cat that is not yet born. Sadly, Twistedpaw selfishly curses an innocent cat for his own self to live a better, more useful life of a medicine cat apprentice with Sootpelt. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
