Alyssa Steven and Noah Bardot have been dating since January, two months, but what seems like an eternity. Their relationship isn't like the normal ones for kids their age. They don't fight, they don't like all the attention or gossip, they always wan to be with each other and are extremely clingy in the best way possible. Alyssa and Noah made a promise in middle school that when they're 30, they will get married, as long as they're single. (But to be honest, neither of them can imagine ever breaking up.)

Alyssa is pretty. But to Noah, she is jaw-dropping gorgeous, beautiful inside and out. She's got Cher from clueless' fluffy 90s style hair, but the darkest chocolate brown. Her skin is light-caramel and seemingly always shining. Eyes are golden and green, rare and stare-able. Sometimes she doesn't see it and insecurely gazes in the mirror minute after minute. Her heart however, is the best part of all. She goes to ballet studios for ten hours a week, in all of the advanced classes. She buys her own pointe shoes, and would die for red ones. She dreams to be accepted by NYC American ballet theatre.

Noah is Alyssa's dream boy. Brown hair, brown eyes, light skin, perfect braces smile. He makes braces look good. He's funny, charming, cute, and him and lyss are perfect together. He wants to be an orthodontist, because he claims his goal in life is to make people smile; Alyssa thinks that is so sweet. Other boys tell him his relationship won't last, he has to insult Alyssa to keep her interested, that he doesn't know the real world, he's not tough enough... all because he believes you could save the world by just being kind. Alyssa is his whole life, and Noah is hers. They just want each other to be happy.
