Jesse Sharpe is just a normal barista working at a hole-in-the-wall coffeeshop, at least that's what it looks like on the outside. Her supernatural speed sets her apart, though no one would know that because, three years ago, she didn't exist in this world. Three years ago, she broke through the dimensional barrier between her universe and this one, and decided to stick around when she discovered the most delightful invention in the multiverse; coffee.

Luckily, there's one other person in the city who shares her immense love of caffeine. Tony Stark. With his offer, becoming the Avengers' Barista is easier than expect, but that made keeping her inherited speed from them practically impossible. Especially while practically living under their roof and with a certain green eyed god of mischief right next door.

A/N: though set in the same universe as my other work, The Archangel, it is not necessary to read The Archangel to understand the events of this book (but Easter eggs for those that do)

P.S. I'm trying to make my version of a speedster as accurate as can be expected with a reasonable amount of math and googling and I'm using my own CW inspired multiverse lore

James Buchanan Barnes isn't a killer. He isn't merciless, or cunning, or evil. But something in him is. ***** A wrapper crinkles, fabric shifts, and a small, open hand jerks in front of my face. The smell of powdery chocolate and oats meets my nose in a heavy waft. I lower my gaze to her palm, upon which a small, snapped off slice of a protein bar rests comfortably. It's brown, drizzled slightly with some sort of even darker coloured syrup. I take it hesitantly in a metal hand. "It's different." She folds back the wrapper in her hand, eyes peering at the brightly coloured writing. "Cocoa and Coffee; a delectably sweet artificial cocoa bean grain, drenched and drizzled in sugar free coffee flavoured syrup." She takes another bite with a hum. "Not my favourite, but the chocolate's great." I throw it back with a steady palm, and my mouth bursts with a comfortably familiar taste. Coffee. I chew the sticky grain and swallow with a slight lick of my lips. Mila leans in around me, expectant. My eyes dart, and I brush my hand against a thigh. "I like this one better." She grins and curls the empty wrapper into a pocket. Plastic crinkles. "Thought you might." She turns and I hear the floor echo at her footsteps. I return my gaze to the window. To the clearing. To the woods. At her leave, I let my lips curl up into a smile. ***** All plot points are my own, as well as the character of Mila Novikova. Any similarities between the plot/her character and the real world are merely coincidental. All other characters belong to Marvel.

(Originally published in "The Many Adventures of the Avengers and Friends") "No, no, you're missing the point. There is no throne. There is no version of this where you come out on top." - Tony Stark, "The Avengers" Or is there? Multiverses have their own nuances, their own narratives in time. Most are good at their cores, but sometimes they can go rotten. Bad things can happen. Sometimes people can mess up and make things go bad. In most universes, Loki and his army provided by Thanos, the Mad Titan, don't succeed in taking over Earth. It's probably for the best, anyways. However, deep in the web of the Multiverse, there exists a universe where he wins. 412 Not only does Loki win, but he enlists the help of his lady love, the Goddess of Dreams known as Olivia Iridottir. The pair instill a reign of terror on Midgard that would surely last an eternity, ruling with a iron fist. Though, even iron has it's weaknesses. Small seeds of hope are scattered around. Perhaps there doesn't always need to be fear. What will it take to topple an indomitable reign, and who will be the saviors of humanity? ¤¤¤ All OCs belong to me and my friends, all Marvel characters belong to Marvel Studios, and all concepts are mine (any similar ideas are either references or purely coincidental). Plagiarizing my work is a big no-no and if caught doing so, you're gonna have a bad time, buddy. Some medias were pulled from the orginal chapters, so if you see any media that wasn't doubled in the chapter, those are mine. Any songs used also aren't mine. ¤¤¤ Rated T for Teen for Language, Mild Violence, and some Sexual Innuendos. ¤¤¤ Enjoy, y'all

In the beginning, L/n was unable to figure out how to control these powers and caused mass damage to anyone who came near. After S.H.E.I.L.D came across L/n and her abilities, they began a slow process of helping her contain and control her powers, and through this process, L/n learnt how to feel her emotions on command. As she controls her emotions they combine to create her main power, healing. The only problem S.H.E.I.L.D has yet to figure out is that as L/n heals others she has to feel small amounts of their pain, but does not cause any physical damage to herself. We have learned that if L/n does try to heal herself in the case that she is injured, the pain can sometimes become too much, not allowing her to completely heal herself. ~~~ This book holds everything in Age of Ultron (AOU) and Civil War (CW) ~~~ :I Do Not Own Any Of The MCU Characters.
