Peter Parker has a sister. Her name is Jade parker. She gets made fun of and tormented for her smarts in science as well as her being.... well for lack of a better word - nerd.
One day Peters best friend Harry Osborn transfers schools to where Peter and Jade both are. Harry hasnt noticed Jade much, nor has he payed any attention let alone talk to her, but as soon as they get to know each other, things might just change for Jade.
