The only name she knows is a three digit number. The only place she knows is her town, population 1000, who don't know a damned thing about how they came to be there. The only thing they know is to follow instructions, and to follow the king.
Her survival depends upon her following three words, 'stay on schedule.'
Any failure to observe this, any deviance, and everything she knows and loves will surely be eradicated. Rebelling most certainly secures death for her, and for anyone connected to her, innocent or not.
But that does not stop her from trying.
