This is Just another story.....

Y/n l/n  has moved from place to place but has found her self back in her home town of Gotham.
Gotham City...the most crime rated city. What happens when she gets "saved" by a hero she doesn't want to get saved by? Then it happens again? What happens when she attends Gotham Academy, and meets her life long friend Barbara's friends...
In this city it's either fight or flight, to some it's kill or be killed. 
So which ones her motto? Is she going to descend into madness or become a vigilante?  
And what happens when she falls for the one and only Richard Grayson? 
Well curiosity killed the cat...are you a cat?


I wrote this when I was like 14, had it published and then took it down, but might as well publish it. Originally there was a oc but I attempted to go through and change it to an x reader.All Rights Reserved

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in. Maybe it wasn't the best city to move to, but, in the end, I'm glad I did. In the crazy town, I was adopted by the two craziest people there. The Deranged Duo, Harley Quinn and Joker. "Rescued by villains, who knew?" I say. "Villains rescue fellow villains," Joker says. "Sounds funny coming from you," I scoff. "Aww, is that the way you should treat your saviors?" Joker teases. "I could've taken them," I scoff. "Why did you save me?" "We watched you take out the last group of thugs," Harley says. "We've been looking for a protégé, sorta like how Batsy has that sidekick, Robin, was it?" Joker grins. "We like you. You're funny." ... The Bat is dead, gods destroyed cities and killed heroes, villains had retreated and some not even created yet. Nightwing must regain control over his crazy life, a year after the death of Bruce Wayne. A story taking inspiration from Batman comics, movies and video games, with the main character of this media being Dick Grayson, the first Robin sidekick and my personal favourite DC character. I'd like to highlight that this text is based around the concept of elseworlds, multiverses and parallel worlds. None of this is attempting to be canon, I will use some canon as the base for my writings, and I will also create my own canon. I liked the concept of Grayson being like a Netflix/ Daredevil style media, which is the idea I'm basing this off of rather than a typical novel or comic book writing. I have also cast every major character and side character, casting may change in the future but for now I have the majority figured out. I 've seen multiple stories about Tim Drake, so I thought I'd make one as well, huge fan of young justice. This book is dedicated to @ZeninaD Her stories gave me the inspiration for theming it after Tim Drake/Red Robin. Her powers are unique, so unique that she has been on Batman's radar for almost 2 years. The League have heard rumors about the mysterious wolf in Gotham city but since it was Batman's turf they didn't bother. Batman explained to Nightwing/Dick Grayson, Red Robin/Time Drake, Red Hood/Jason Todd, and Robin/Damien Wayne that we needed to find out what's the mystery behind the wolf protecting Gotham. But as Red Robin investigated the wolf he also had his eyes on the new girl at school, Selena Karsen. She was this vail of mystery as she was the most beautiful girl in school and the smartest, he was intrigued by how she was playing hard to get. Little did they know that both their alter ego's were falling in love. This story contains swearing and little mature actions, but not smut/lemons happening here, I'm not that kind of writer. Bruce's death has torn the Bat Family apart, leaving the boy alone with Alfred Pennyworth. He never expected to enjoy the manservants company but he would prefer his family to be with him too. They are rarely at the manor anymore, mostly because it felt empty without Bruce there. One night, the boy wonder crosses paths with a thief that he has ran into once before. He never got her name and never bothered to look into it. The last time he's seen her, his father was still alive. The last time he's seen her, she was stealing something small. What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book.
