Miley Cyrus, also known as the Outlaw, is one of the most wanted criminals at the moment, best known for robbing, owning a pretty successful drug company, and for killing the head chief's daughter, of the Miami Police Department. With so much power and riches, nobody can distract her from doing what she does best.
Officer Nicholas Jonas, 23, is given a very important assignment, along with two other officers, from his father, also known as the head chief, and the well known, Detective Kolden. He is to trick the Outlaw, have her learn to trust him, so he can lead her behind bars, to avenge his sisters' death.
Officer Nicholas is in for a surprise, when things don't go exactly as planned, as he learns that everything is not what it seems.
