A girl named Ira Fires got hit by a car and woke up in a hospital only to find out that her whole life was nothing more than something her imagination created. She starts to find it hard to live in her new life, especially when everybody she knows is real and everything she knows about them is true. As she starts to becomes friends with her friends again she starts to question if what she was told about it being the "real" world and starts thinking that she is in some kind of Alice in Wonderland place.
