balloony missed his brother of course! who wouldn't miss their siblings who've gone missing. but, it's been ten years.... balloon was probably dead by now, but balloony was in denial, cloudy tried to help once but, quickly gave up once he didn't budge, balloony just left bfb, he has other things to deal with so he tried to keep his mind off his brother,
