Today is one of the worst days in Leo's life. He's currently trapped in a closet and missing his lunch period, but that's not the upsetting part. What bothers him most is the person blocking the door, Silas. "Are you just gonna stand there and watch me? You could lend me a hand, and it'll go by faster." Silas says suggestively. "No thanks. I'd rather try drinking this bottle of Windex." Leo retorts. Why couldn't he just be a normal beta? Why did Silas insist on spending every moment at school together? And why does he keep replying to vague texts?

bxb "do you want me to stop?" Leo says, making my entire body shake. I try and make some words come out of my mouth but nothing's happening. My breathing just gets faster. "Use your words Jonathan." he adds while simultaneously closing the door behind us. Even though some people are firm believers that the opposites don't attract, the two of them seem to be the sole proof of that being complete bullshit. Leo Duncan is -on the first look- one of those typically self obsessed, rich high school jock, bullies you if you're neither of the above type of guy. Or that's at least how jonathan would describe him. But he will soon realise that the frase 'don't judge a book by its cover' exists for a reason. Jonathan Casey aka complete and total book worm despises leo and the rest of his bad boy wanna be group of friends who seem to have some sort of a hold on this fresh hell of a high school. Unfortunately leos best friend is jonathans older brother therefore they are bound to cross paths. Does the constant presence and heat radiating between the two finally show that there might be something more than just hate they share? And does Jonathan realize that there might be more to Leo than what he led on? -- TW: mention of abuse, self harm, depression. mention of smut: tw in chapters where it appears.
