But what if, the inner is the baddest and the outside are the rebellious groups. A young mafia leader, America. Goes into great adventures, specifically, around the parts of other gang. He meets the Legendary Serial Killer, ShapeShifter. Instead of killing the young boy, he keeps an eye of the boy, his mortal enemy. So as America's father says.
