The program spread across the world, from London down to Africa, covering most of the globe, but for Australia, New Zealand, and the Antarctica. The world was falling down, and in the darkest days of the history of Earth, what would it take to stop the Dispensata program, when all the elite were taken?

"He will be." she said before stand and walk to a well. The boy were born as a normal human. There is no easy way for him to be a magician. he has no mana in him. Or that's what everyone expect from him. Writer: "Hey, that's enough reminiscing about your past. it's the story description section. Not the story yet!" Nakajima: "Fine. Writer: " good. get back to work." 13 Land Under Holy Crystal Blessing, as the name suggest, It was about a holy crystal that blessed a land. like a mainland or somesort. So... Writer: "is that really the right way to make a description?" Nakajima: *sigh* There is a mainland with 13 state under a flag named Melloyern. These all 13 state have it's very own holy crystal that bless the state individually. But, the crystal contains powerful amount of mana that makes every single person in Melloyern going for it. A group of magician called Denials were up to collect all of the crystal to keep them safe from wrong hands. There is a lot of hindrance in their path such as the Kingdom of Melloyern itself is turning against these guys. Still there are more. Can they survive? it's up to them to decide. In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers?
