It's been 20 years since Ally McBeal met its end and now I've stumbled across it on Disney+. No idea why, but this time the end of Ally and Larry just didn't let me go. I've watched the last episode with Larry three times now and thought at various points: Just a few words and it could have been all good. It would have been soooooo easy. I devoured various fanfiction with alternative endings and saw everything visually in front of me and still I can't get enough. So now, for the first time in my life, I'm trying my hand at writing myself and sharing a few ideas of how it should have gone because Ally and Larry deserve a happy ending. Some ideas may be absurd, but so is the fact that these two didn't get each other on the show, considering the chemistry and emotions between them.
I'll post a first idea directly. Feel free to write how you like it. If it didn't turn out too bad, I'll post more ideas here.
