A multitude of crimes begins happening all over Japan. Each of them is just as untraceable as the last. But.. There is one thing about all of them. A color is marking each crime scene. There seems to be a link to these crimes. A small police force, a single underground hero, and an army of vigilantes and villains led by a single vigilante work together to attempt to solve this case. All while the head of the army struggles in the world of abuse, violence, prejudice, corruption, and hate against him. Will this young boy persevere through these trials, or will he fall victim to his mind?

From that moment forward he trained himself physically and emotionally, he could take a bullet wound like a hit, he barely felt anything. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good.
