Deepa Hariharan's still trying to find out who she is. She, her family and friends are secret spies for the Blue Voice, an Indian spy organization. All her best friends from NYU are off pursuing their dreams, including her boyfriend Byron Lopez-Hamada, who transferred to FSU, a D-1 school on a scholarship, to have a better chance at getting into the NFL. Her brother Ritz and his fiancee Akiko moved to Utah in search of a job, leaving Deepa all alone in New York. Deepa is having an identity crisis, and her passion for basketball is deteriorating as well. She feels she doesn't belong in D-3 college basketball at NYU, all the while simultaneously battling with her mental health and the damage done by her abusive ex boyfriend, Pranav. All she has going for her is her instincts and her passion for Taekwondo, as she is a 4th degree black belt and master at the Inner Spirit Taekwondo Center.
