Hello! I have loved 'The Outsiders' since I read it in sixth grade after finding it on my English teacher's desk. It has been eleven years since I picked it up. I find myself in all of the characters, all of their traits. It is a beautifully written book along with the other books S.E. Hinton has written. I love the movie but I especially love the tv series, considering we see thirteen episodes of what the book didn't portray to us.
This story I wrote a few years ago in a notebook. My writing style is a little different but writing always changes but you keep your main mindset. I have more thoughts on each character but I am keeping my writing on this mostly the same. There is always something new to see and experience. This takes place some years later after the sixties and when the class divisions settle down, the hippies fade away, but all of the feelings of everything are still in place. This is in Ponyboy's perspective with his daughter as she is a teenager. I hope you all enjoy. And if you love it, I may write more Outsiders related stories, preferences etc.
