takes place after the last occlumency lesson harry has with snape but his reaction is a bit different 

harry was ripped out of the pensive and thrown across the room he was scared but he could still move so he got up and ran 

snape didn't know what harry was going to do so he ran after him fallowing harry all the way to the headmasters office? 

harry said the password and watched as the stone gargoyle jumped to the side, ran up the moving stairs instruct in the Dumbledore office, slamming the door open

only to be met with Dumbledore looking as him calmly which just made him angrier he looked at the man dead in the eyes and shouted....
